Skin health starts with gut health. In this bundle, I put together 3 essential vitamins needed to repair the gut and the skin - Vitamin D3/K2, Zinc, and Omega 3. The digestive enzymes are a necessary step to healing the gut. All these supplements work together to provide the essential nutrients for the gut and the skin. Of note, these are just the start of the healing journey. For a more comprehensive approach, join my online Eczema Transformation program where I guide you step by step, help you find the root cause, and give you the tools needed to achieve clear skin.

How Omega-3s Work

Omega-3s may moisturize the skin and fight red, dry, or itchy skin caused by skin disorders like atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Omega-3s appear to improve skin barrier function, sealing in moisture and keeping out irritants. These essential fatty acids have to come from our diet since the body cannot produce them, and they are known to reduce the formation of inflammatory cells.

How Vitamin D Works

Often called the 'sunshine vitamin', vitamin D plays an integral role in skin protection and rejuvenation. In its active form as calcitriol, vitamin D contributes to skin cell growth, repair, and metabolism. It enhances the skin's immune system and helps to destroy free radicals that can cause dry, red, peeling skin.

How Zinc Works

Research points to the conclusion that zinc may help with the symptoms of eczema. In my clinic the majority of eczema patients are zinc deficient.  Zinc has anti-inflammatory properties and increases the resurfacing of a skin wound with new epithelium.

How Digestive Enzymes Work

In addition to the enzymes secreted by the liver and pancreas, our intestinal walls are lined by cells which produce digestive enzymes that assist with the passing, digestion, and absorption of nutrients. When the intestinal cells are not performing at optimum levels, they produce less enzymes, which in many cases can manifest as leaky gut. Leaky gut leads to food intolerances and poorly controlled inflammation. These chosen enzymes are selected for their potency, low allergen potential, and effectiveness. The enzymes are formulated from fungi and without using animal products. The chewable formulation makes it an easy on the go option with a taste approved by kids.
